What is bichectomy? 

Bichectomy (cheek fat pat removal) is a surgical procedure that removes the excess fat from your cheeks. Some patients have too much fat in their cheek, giving them an appearance that sometimes they do not like

How is bichectomy performed?

Under local anesthesia, an incision is made inside your mouth and the cheek fat pad is carefully dissected and removed.
